Ingredients

🍏 50ml KIWIFROST Feijoa Vodka
🍊 20ml fresh lime juice
🍯 15ml honey syrup
🫧 60ml sparkling water or soda
🌿 Fresh mint leaves
🧊 Ice cubes
🍏 Feijoa slices & lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle a few fresh mint leaves with honey syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add KIWIFROST Feijoa Vodka, lime juice, and ice. Shake well for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a highball or rock glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
  5. Garnish with a feijoa slice, lime wheel, and a sprig of mint.
